| 摘 要： | 通过对本馆图书阅览室的读者来源、阅读目的、阅读倾向、利用文献情况及读者对阅览室读者服务工作的建议等项目的调查统计分析，提出了如何作好本科学生这个主体读者群体的读者服务工作及如何吸引更多层次读者而开拓多元化服务领域的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Through surveys, statistic analysis of readers in library reading room s on reader source, reading purpose, tendency, literature utilization situation, the paper puts forward suggestions on reader service work. The results show tha t under graduated student is the main source of readers. Some suggestion referri ng to server style, book selection, was formed to encourage readers from multipl e levels to take reference in the library. |
