秦内径亚高山草甸30种草本植物的碳、氮分布研究

摘    要:以秦岭佛坪国家级自然保护区内亚高山草甸30种草本植物为对象,研究了碳、氮在亚高山草甸植物中的分布情况.结果表明:碳、氮在植物组织中总的分布趋势为叶>茎>根,碳/氮在植物组织中的分布为茎>根>叶,方差分析显示碳、氮及碳/氮在植物根、茎、叶中的分布差异极显著(P<0.01).在单个植物的根、茎、叶中,碳、氮及碳/氮的分布具有种的特异性.在以其光合特征进行聚类分析得到的4个聚类组群中,碳、氮及碳/氮在每个组群根、茎、叶中的分布差异不显著(P>0.05).

Abstract:30 species in subalpine meadow of Qinling Mountains were selected to analyze the distribution pattern of the carbon and nitrogen contents.The results showed that the order of C and N content in plant tissue were leaves>shoots>roots,and the C/N ratio was shoots>roots>leaves.Results of One-way ANONA analysis indicated that the distribution of C,N and the C/N ratio in roots,shoots,leaves were significantly different(P<0.01)and species-specific,and the distribution in four groups based on their gas exchange traits had no significant difference(P>0.05) among roots,shoots and leaves.
