玉米DNA导入水稻选育高蛋白品系

摘    要:以蛋白质含量高为育种目标之一,采用浸胚法将高蛋白马齿黄的总DNA导入优质早籼稻91-L中,通过连续6年的选择从变异后代中选育出DH早1,DH早5,DH早6,DH早8,DH早9等5个高蛋白稻新品系,大田试验表明,这些纱能保持原受体较高拉量和抗等优良性状,米质分析表明,这些品系的绝大多数米质指标达到部颁布优质米一级或二级标准,平均蛋白质含量达到13.65%,其中DH早9高达14.9%。

Abstract:The total DNA extracted from Machihuang corn containing high protein was introduced into high quality early season indica rice 91 L.The stable lines of DH zao l,DH zao 5,DH zao 6,DH zao 8 and DH zao 9 containing high protein were selected from various offspring generations after the introduction. Frield experiments showed that high yield and high quality and strong resistance were inherieted by the selected lines.Quality analysis indicated that most of the quality indexes met the high quality rice standards issued by the Agricultural Ministry of China.Their average protein contents reached 13.65%.Among them,DH zao 9 had the highest protein contents of 14.9%.
