| 摘 要： | 以蛋白质含量高为育种目标之一，采用浸胚法将高蛋白马齿黄的总ＤＮＡ导入优质早籼稻９１－Ｌ中，通过连续６年的选择从变异后代中选育出ＤＨ早１，ＤＨ早５，ＤＨ早６，ＤＨ早８，ＤＨ早９等５个高蛋白稻新品系，大田试验表明，这些纱能保持原受体较高拉量和抗等优良性状，米质分析表明，这些品系的绝大多数米质指标达到部颁布优质米一级或二级标准，平均蛋白质含量达到１３．６５％，其中ＤＨ早９高达１４．９％。

| Abstract: | The total DNA extracted from Machihuang corn containing high protein was introduced into high quality early season indica rice 91 L.The stable lines of DH zao l,DH zao 5,DH zao 6,DH zao 8 and DH zao 9 containing high protein were selected from various offspring generations after the introduction. Frield experiments showed that high yield and high quality and strong resistance were inherieted by the selected lines.Quality analysis indicated that most of the quality indexes met the high quality rice standards issued by the Agricultural Ministry of China.Their average protein contents reached 13.65%.Among them,DH zao 9 had the highest protein contents of 14.9%. |
