| 摘 要： | 本文就目前对植物体内生氰糖苷的研究和进展作了简要的回顾,主要讨论了生氰现象和氢氰酸(HCN)的释放、生氰糖苷的化学性质及在植物中的分布、生氰的遗传学机制、生氰糖苷的生物合成及代谢转化、以及氢氰酸对人和牲畜的毒性。

| Abstract: | This review deals with the studies and advances of cyanogenic glycosides in plants.The major subjects of the literature are cyanogenic phenomenon(cyanogenisis)and the releasing of HCN durins the hydro- lysis of the glycosides,the chemical natures and the distribution of the glycosides in plants,the inheritance of cyanogenisig,the biosynthe- sis and transformation of the glycosides,as well as the toxicity to human beings and to herbivores. |
