摘    要:采用盆栽土培的方法,研究了10个拟南芥生态型对缺硼反应的差异。研究结果表明:10个拟南芥生态型在硼正常条件下的硼含量、株高、有效分枝数等各农艺性状均显著高于缺硼处理。缺硼处理无效分枝多,呈丛枝状,“花而不实”,不能完成正常的生命周期,均无经济学产量。然而,不同拟南芥生态型之间对缺硼的反应存在明显的差异,在严重缺硼条件下,苗期201和204两个生态型的忍耐性最强,209和202次之,而207最差。抽签期202和209仍然保持较强的抗性,而201和204表现为敏感,说明拟南芥硼高效极有可能受多基因控制,而且在不同的生育期表达。上述结果说明通过扩大拟南芥的筛选规模,确定合适的硼的筛选浓度,从拟南芥筛选获得典型的硼高效的生态型是可行的。

Abstract:The response of ten Arabidopsis ecotypes to boron (B) deficiency was studied with soil cultivation experiment. The obtained results showed that the agronomical traits, such as B content, plant height, the number of branches, of the ten Arabidopsis ecotypes showed significant differences between normal B and severe B deficiency. The B deficient plants had more invalid branches than B sufficient plants, which couldn't complete their growth cycles. However, distinct difference in the response to B deficiency existed among various ecotypes. Under the condition of severe B deficiency, ecotypes 201 and 204 showed the strongest tolerance at seedling stage, the second was ecotypes 202 and 209, and the ecotypes 207 was the most sensitive. At the bolting stage ecotypes 202 and 209 still remained the stronger tolerance to B deficiency, but the ecotypes 201 and 204 showed sensitive. It is suggested that B efficiency of Arabidopsis is controlled by polygenes and expresses at different stages. It is also suggested that it is possible to gain typical B efficiency Arabidopsis ecotype by screening more ecotypes with a suitable B concentration.
