| 摘 要： | 鉴于西南山区农村土地抛荒现象日益突现,有必要找到引起这一现象的原因所在,并结合农业和农村经济发展的新特点,提出多措并举综合治理。以重庆市忠县三汇镇土地抛荒为例,通过调查,研究整个西南地区土地抛荒情况,归纳总结了解决问题的方法,希望能引起各界对西南山区农村土地抛荒现象的重视。

| Abstract: | As the phenomenon of farmland abandon is becoming more and more serious,it is indispensable to find out the reasons and handle it with the new characteristics of agriculture and rural economic development.Taking the farmland abandon phenomenon in Sanhui town of Zhong county in Chongqing as an example,the author summarized some solutions to settle such problems based of investigating and researching.All circles would attach importance to the phenomenon of farmland abandon in mountainous area of southwestern Chongqing. |
