| 摘 要： | 房地产业作为我国经济发展的一大支柱产业，开始作为商品参与生产和流通的过程。文章提出了一种基于GMDH演化方法房地产估价模型，详细地阐述了GMDH算法的实现步骤。计算实例验证了该模型在房地产估价中有效性和科学性，为房地产估价提供了一种科学的方法。

The Real Estate Evaluation Based on GMDH |

| Abstract: | The real estate business is an important pillar industry in the development of our economy, which has been involved in the process of production and circulation as a kind of commodity. A model for property appraisal based on GMDH is proposed in this article, which fully elaborates the procedures in carrying out GMDH calculation. The examples provided verify that it is both effective and scientific to apply this model to property appraisal. This, therefore, puts forward a scientific approach to property appraisal. |
