| 摘 要： | 肌球蛋白-Va是最具典型特征的肌球蛋白-V.肌球蛋白-Va参与细胞内小泡的运输和在缺少微管的的神经区域的小泡运输机制中是一种非常重要的马达蛋白。本文以杭州当地水产品市场的成熟的雄性中华绒螯蟹为材料，采用间接免疫荧光标记的方法并发现肌球蛋-Va在中华绒螯蟹精巢中表达。 |

| Abstract: | Myosin-Va is the best characterized of the Class V myosins. Myosin-Va is known to be involved in vesicle transport and seems to be the most important motor associated with vesicle transport mechanisms in neuronal regions lacking microtubules. Adult males of Chinese mitten crab were obtained for material from from a local fisheries market in Hangzhou and used Immunofluorescence detected Myosin Va in Chinese mitten crab and found myosin Va was expressed. |
