| 摘 要： | 从农民和土地两个角度出发,选取影响农民收入的主要因素,运用回归分析方法构建模型进行分析,得出主观上农民对土地的依赖程度降低、客观上土地对农民的供养能力降低的结论。进而提出解决农民未来发展面临的土地问题的对策,为今后土地流转和农村土地制度改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | From perspective of farmers and land, selecting the factors influencing farmers＇ income, the model was established by using regres- sion analysis method to carry on the analysis. It can be concluded that subjectively farmers＇ dependence on land reduced, objectively land sup- port ability decreases. Several countermeasures were put forward, so as to prDvide reference basis for rural land system reform. |
