摘 要: | 目的]研究莲瓣兰"滇梅"(Cymbidium tortisepalum‘Dian Mei’)根状茎的增殖与分化技术,为提升莲瓣兰的苗体质量和大规模化产业化生产提供良好的理论依据和技术支撑。方法]以莲瓣兰"滇梅"根状茎为试验材料,研究不同植物生长调节剂6-BA、CPPU、TDZ和活性炭对"滇梅"根状茎增殖和分化的影响。结果]选用1/2MS培养基为基本培养基,"滇梅"根状茎增殖的最佳配方为2.0 mg/L TDZ+0.3 mg/L NAA+0.5 g/L活性炭。"滇梅"根状茎分化的最佳配方为2.0 mg/L TDZ+0.5 mg/L NAA同时培养基中不增添活性炭。添加活性炭对于"滇梅"根状茎的分化有抑制作用。结论]TDZ作为一种高效植物生长调节剂对于莲瓣兰"滇梅"根状茎的增殖分化有显著的效果,明显优于其他植物生长调节剂。

Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to study the proliferation and differentiation of Cymbidium tortisepalum ' Dian Mei' rhizomes, and provide a good theoretical and technological support for improving seedlings quality of Cymbidium tortisepalum and its industrial production in a large scale. Method ] Cymbidium tortisepalum ' Dian Mei' rhizomes was taken as the materials to study the effects of different plant growth regulators as 6 -BA, CPPU, TDZ and activated charcoal on their proliferation and differentiation. Result] The 1/2 MS medium was taken as the basic medium, the best recipe f6r the proliferation of Cymhidit~m tortisepalum' Dian Mei' rhimmes was 2.0 mg/L TDZ + 0.3 mg/L NAA + 0.5 g/L ac- tivated carbon. And the best formula for differentiation was 2.0 mg/L TDZ +0.5 mg/L NAA without adding activated carbon. Activated carbon had inhibitory effects for the differentiation of Cymbidium tortisepalum rhizomes. Conclusion] As an efficient plant growth regulator for Cymbidi- um tortisepalum ' Dian Mei' rhizome proliferation and differentiation, TDZ has a significant effect, and better than the other plant growth regula- tors significantly. |
