摘    要:[目的]为大豆低聚糖在生产上的应用提供理论依据。[方法]将720只55周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的大豆低聚糖,探讨添加大豆低聚糖对蛋鸡产蛋后期产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。[结果]试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组蛋鸡的产蛋率、哈夫单位和蛋壳相对重显著提高,而料重比和次品蛋率显著降低。[结论]大豆低聚糖能提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质,其适宜添加量为0.3%。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of soybean oligosaccharides in the diet on the laying performance and egg quality of laying hens. [ Method] 720 55-week-old Hy-line brown laying hens were randomly divided into control group and test I , ]1, Ill groups. The laying hens in control group were fed with the basal'diet and that in test Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ groups were fed with basal diet supplementing 0.1% , 0.3% , 0.5% soybean oligosaccharides. The effects of adding soybean oligosaccharides on the laying performance and egg quality of laying chicken in late laying stage were discussed. [ Result] The laying rate, Haugh unit and relative shell weight of laying hens in test Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups were significantly increased, but the feed-egg ratio and defective eggs rate were obviously decreased. [ Conclusion ] Soybean oligosac- chafides could enhance the lavin performance and egg quality of layin chicken in late laying stage,and its optimal dose was 0.3%.
