淮安地区禽大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘    要:从淮安市及8个区县畜牧兽医站动物门诊部临诊的具有典型大肠杆菌病变的150羽病死禽中,分离鉴定出大肠杆菌112株,定型92株,共测出24个血清型,其中O18(20株)、O78(14株)、O1(11株)、O5(10株)4种血清型占定型菌株的59.78%,为淮安地区优势血清型。这一结果为制备菌苗预防大肠杆菌病奠定了基础。药敏试验结果表明,所分离的大肠杆菌对氟喹诺酮类、磺胺类、四环素及青霉素类耐药率较高,对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、头孢噻吩有一定的耐药性,而对头孢噻呋、阿米卡星、奥格门丁、氟苯尼考、磷霉素敏感,其耐药率低于16.3%。

Abstract:From 150 dead poultry which have representative colibacillosis at the veterinary station animal clinic in eight counties , Huai''an. 112 colibacillosis are separated and identified. There are 92 case-hardened and 24 serogroups which includes 20 O18 isolates, 14 O78 isolates,11 O1 isolates,10 O5isolates. The four serogroups colibacillosis take the percentage 60% of 92 isolates.Antibiotic susceptibility shows that colibacillosis separated have higher drug resistance to Fluoroquinolones,Sulfamethoxazole, Trimethoprim-sulfamethpxazole, Ampicillin, Amoxilline, and also definite character to Gentamicin, Kanamycin, Cetemezin, however, it has only 3%~16.3% percentage of drug resistance to Cefalexin, Amikacin, Amoxilline-clavulanic acid, Florfenicol and Phosphonomycin.
