整车电功率平衡的测试与分析

摘    要:简单介绍了目前主要的车载电源系统和用电设备;从软、硬件两个方面介绍了自主开发的数据采集系统及其在电功率平衡试验中的应用。对某新款轿车的整车电功率平衡进行了试验研究,通过测量汽车各工况下蓄电池和发电机的输出电流和电压来评价整车的电功率平衡。结果表明:该系统能够比较准确的评价车辆的整车电功率平衡,为车用蓄电池和发电机的选型匹配提供指导。

Abstract:This paper firstly gives a brief introduction of the electrical power system and electrical power equipments for vehicle,and then emphatically introduces the experiment data acquisition system for vehicle electric power from both hardware and software.Using this system laboratory technician acquired the current and voltage of the battery and generator under various conditions to evaluate the new car's electrical power balance.The test results indicate that this system has a good accuracy and stability for the analysis of vehicle electrical power balance,as well as can help us to choose the suitable battery and generator for vehicle.
