大豆抗缺钼缺硼胁迫的基因型筛选

摘    要:通过溶液培养实验,从农艺学性状、主根伸长率、株高增长率、根系活力、电导率等对华东、华中和华北地区37个大豆优质品种进行了抗缺钼缺硼的基因型筛选,筛选出6个具有较强抗缺钼缺硼的基因型。对缺钼缺硼条件下大豆各性状进行了综合评价,确定电导率、植株生物量、叶面积和根系活力可作为大豆抗缺钼缺硼基因型筛选的重要指标,其中以大豆根系电导率最为适宜。

Abstract:Under solution culture, the screening of genotypes with resisting molybdenum (Mo) and boron (B) deficiency was taken on 37 high quality varieties of soybean from Centre China, East China and North China. Some agronomic characters, elongation rate of main root, elongation rate of plant height, root activities and conductivity of 37 soybean genotypes were studies. 8 genotypes of soybean were selected for their tolerance of Mo and B deficiency and were suitable to being popularized culture in the area of low Mo and/ or B. By comprehensive evaluation of characters of 37 varieties in Mo and B deficiency, conductivity, biomass, area of leaves and root activities were considered as important indexes for screening of soybean genotypes of resisting Mo and B deficiency. Among the four screening indexes, root conductivity was the fittest.
