| 摘 要： | 依据福州市1999-2008年的统计数据,利用索罗余值法,测算和分析了科技进步对福州市经济增长的贡献率。通过测算,发现科技进步对福州市经济增长的贡献总体趋势为缓慢上升态势,进一步分析提出：（1）加强科技人才队伍及人才环境建设;（2）紧抓科技产业园区建设,实现产学研一体化;（3）优化科技资源配置,建设生态型区域科技等举措,以求为福州市提高科技进步贡献寻找优化途径提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Through the implementation of statistics from 1999 to 2008 by SOLOW,the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to the economy growth in Fuzhou is caloculated.It has been found that the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to economy growth in Fuzhou increases gradually in general.Accordingly the scientific basis of optimized approach to increase the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in Fuzhou is offered as follows.（1）Strengthen the construction of scientific and technological talents staff and environment.（2）Strengthen the construction of scientific and technological industry areas and bring about the integration of production,learning and research.（3）Optimize the deployment of scientific and technological resources and build the ecological regional science and technology. |
