＂城中村＂改造中的文化拒斥问题一直备受社会各界的关注,成为近年来理论界的热点问题。以建设社会主义新农村和推进农村改革发展为背景,力图在相关概念界定的基础上,从＂城中村＂政策执行的视角对文化拒斥＂城中村＂政策执行的主要表现形式、原因进行探析,进而就如何破解＂城中村＂改造中的文化拒斥难题提出了相应的对策建议。

Analysis of the phenomenon of the cultural refute in the ＂urban-village＂ governance——From the perspective of the ＂urban-village＂ policy implementation

The phenomenon of the cultural refute in the ＂urban-village＂ governance has been more and more concerned by public opinions and researchers for the past many years.This paper bases on the background of building a new socialist countryside and promoting rural reform and development,and bases on the related concepts which are defined.From the perspective of the＂urban-village＂policy implementation,it attempts to analyze the main forms and reasons of cultural refute in the ＂urban-village＂ policy implementation,and to explore the corresponding countermeasures on how to solve the difficult problems of the cultural refute in the ＂urban-village＂ governance.
