福建省农业科技投入对农业发展的贡献研究

摘    要:通过分析福建省农业科技投入现状,从农业科技投入的角度研究科技对农业发展的贡献,以此为出发点,构建农业科技投入对农业发展贡献测算体系,测算福建省农业科技投入对农业发展的贡献率,并在此基础上提出进一步提高农业科技投入对农业发展贡献的对策建议:(1)加大科技投入,提供科技支撑;(2)提高科技推广强度,促进科技转化效率;(3)提高农业物质费用的科技含量;(4)加强农民培训,提高农民素质。

Abstract:This study analyzes the status quo of agricultural science and technology inputs in Fujian,deals with the contribution of science and technology to agricultural development from the perspective of agricultural science and technology inputs.Taking this as a starting point,we construct the measurement system of agricultural science and technology contribution to the development of agriculture to calculate agricultural science and technology contribution rate to the development of agriculture in Fujian.Accordingly the suggestions to further improve the agricultural science and technology input′s contribution to the development of agriculture in Fujian are proposed as follows.(1)Increase the scientific and technological inputs and offer the support from science and technology.(2)Strengthen the science and technology extension and enhance the efficiency of science and technology achievements transformation.(3)Increase the scientific and technological content in agricultural substential expenses.(4)Strengthen farmers′ training and improve their quality.
