| 摘 要： | 从通识教育的原本意义和地方普通高校实际出发,讨论了地方普通本科高校通识教育的推动力量、实施路径、核心课程建设、师资队伍建设、配套改革等五个关键问题,提出了理念推动与行政推动相结合、统一规划与分步实施相结合、学校立项建设为主与教师自主开设相结合、本校培养与院校间共享相结合、推行通识教育与教育教学其他改革相结合的思路及其路径。

| Abstract: | Considering the original meaning of general education and based on the real situation in local undergraduate universities and colleges,this paper discusses five key aspects in implementing general education：driving forces,implementing channels,core courses construction,faculty promotion and supporting reforms;moreover,it further proposes an idea of also five combinations：ideological promotion and administrative promotion,uniform planning and gradual implementing,college projects construction and teacher individual course-opening,university cultivation and inter-university cooperation,and finally,general education and other education reforms. |
