树冠盖膜留树贮藏金柑树盘土壤水分及果实品质的变化

以广西桂林市果实留树贮藏金柑为试材,研究了树冠盖膜和不盖膜条件下果实品质、土壤水分的变化规律及裂果情况。结果表明,盖膜后,土壤湿度较低且较稳定,同时避免了降雨、冰冻接触果实,不易落果和裂果;在12月至翌年3月,盖膜处理的果实可溶性固形物和总糖含量较稳定;在3月中旬前,盖膜的果实可滴定酸含量处于较低水平,固酸比和糖酸比较高,果实风味较浓,果实品质得以较好地保持;进入3月中旬后,果实风味趋于变淡,果皮开始变软,不宜继续留树贮藏。

Changes of Soil Moisture and Fruit Quality of Kumquats b yCovering Film on the Crown

Fruit drop,fruit quality and soil moisture were studied using kumquat trees with on-tree stored fruit.Trees were either covered with plastic film or uncovered.The results showed that the soil moisture under film-covered trees was lower and stable,and the fruit were protected by film from exposed to rain and cold and had less fruit drop and fruit crack.From December and March,the TSS and total sugar content of the fruit on film-covered kumquat trees were stable;the titratable acid content was kept at a low level before mid-March;fruit had a higher solid/acid and sugar/acid ratios with richer flavor and good quality.After mid-March,on-tree storage should be discontinued since fruit flavor tended to deteriorate and peel began to soften.
