6种杀菌剂对猕猴桃主要腐烂病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea和拟茎点霉菌Phomopsis sp.是引起江西省奉新县猕猴桃果实腐烂的两种主要病原菌。本文采用菌丝生长速率法测定了6种杀菌剂的毒力,结果表明,75%肟菌酯.戊唑醇(拿敌稳)水分散粒剂、50%异菌脲(扑海因)悬浮剂、10%苯醚甲环唑(世高)水分散粒剂、70%甲基硫菌灵(甲基托布津)可湿性粉剂、60%吡唑醚菌酯.代森联(百泰)水分散粒剂等5种杀菌剂对葡萄座腔菌和拟茎点霉菌均有较强的毒力,对葡萄座腔菌的EC50值依次为0.143 9、0.150 2、0.179 5、0.264 0和0.946 6μg/mL;对拟茎点霉菌的EC50值依次为0.089 3、0.222 8、0.132 0、0.403 4和0.792 2μg/mL;50%醚菌酯(翠贝)水分散粒剂则对两种病菌的毒力很弱,对葡萄座腔菌和拟茎点霉菌的EC50值分别高达7 890.7和12 881.0μg/mL。

Abstract:Botryosphaeria dothidea and Phomopsis sp.are the two main pathogenic fungi causing fruit rot of kiwifruit in Fengxin county,Jiangxi province.Indoor toxicity of six fungicides to the fungi was tested by measuring mycelial growth rate.The results showed that five fungicides of TrifloxystrobinoTebuconazole 75% WG,50% Iprodione,10% Difenoconazole,70% Thiophanate-Methyl and 60% Pyraclostrobin-Metiram were highly toxic to both B.dothidea and Phomopsis sp..The EC50 values of these five fungicides to B.dothidea were 0.143 9 μg/mL,0.150 2 μg/mL,0.179 5 μg/mL,0.264 0 μg/mL and 0.946 6 μg/mL,respectively,and those to Phomopsis sp.were 0.089 3 μg/mL,0.222 8 μg/mL,0.132 0 μg/mL,0.403 4 μg/mL and 0.792 2 μg/mL,respectively.50%Kresoxim-Methyl,however,had very low toxicity to the two fungi,and its EC50 values to B.dothidea and Phomopsis sp.were 7 890.7 μg/mL and 12 881.0 μg/mL,respectively.
