| 摘 要： | 利用全菌包被酶联免疫吸附试验间接法,建立了能准确快速灵敏测定不同类型的水稻白叶枯病菌的单抗酶联试剂盒。应用该试剂盒检测水稻白叶枯病病叶样品101份、病种样品10份及水稻白叶枯病病菌65个菌株,结果均为阳性,且重复性好,该试剂盒使用简便、灵敏度高、特异性强,有实用价值。

| Abstract: | A method called McAbs ELISA kit for detecting the strains of X. campestris pv. otyzae was developed. The antibodies used in the McAbs ELISA kit were the mixture of McAbs: K_(1-6), K_(108-1), K_(123-7) and O_(3-3) which against varied strains of X. campestris pv. oryzae. 101 lave samples and 10 seed samples infected by X. campestris pv. oryzae and 65 bacteria strains were tested with the reagent kit. All showed positive reaction. The reagent kit could be applicd simply with high sensitivity and specificity. |
