| Abstract: | This paper first describes the meaning and theoretical background of PPP mode, then further clarifies the status and difficulties of rural environmental governance of our country, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of PPP mode application in the rural environmental governance in China, finally expounds the rural environmental governance model as well as the functional division of public and private sectors under PPP mode. |
