摘    要:周毛德克斯氏菌产生胞外多糖的培养液需用净化自来水配制 ;该菌株产生多糖不要求高通气量 ,150 r· min-1下以 50 0 m L三角瓶装 10 0 - 150 m L培养液为宜 ;以玉米糖、麦芽汁、糖蜜、酒糟等为 C源替代甘露醇的结果表明 ,玉米糖的效果显著优于其他 C源 ,其发酵液多糖产量为 19.35g· L-1,C源利用率为 82 .4 % ;以Na NO3、NH4 Cl、( NH4 ) 2 SO4 等 3种无机 N和蛋白胨、鱼粉、玉米浆、黄豆粉等 4种有机 N作 N源的结果表明 ,玉米浆的作用最显著 ,能有效地提高多糖产量及发酵液的粘度

Abstract:The exopolysaccharide from Derxia peritricha sp. nov. is of good quality, some appropriate conditions for its production were reported in this paper. For the preparation of the culture media, purified tap water was a requisite; D.peritricha did not need high aeration for its exopolysaccharide production, 100-150 mL media in 500 mL erlenmeyer flask would fit the aeration requirement. Hydrolyzed sugar from corn starch, hydrolyzed suagr from barley starch, distillers' grains and molasses were used as the carbon sources, and the hydrolyzed sugar from corn starch worked the best for the production of exopolysaccharide, with the yield of 19.35 g per liter culture, and the utilization rate of carbon source was 82.4%. Meanwhile, three inorganic nitrogen NaNO 3, NH 4Cl, (NH 4) 2SO 4] and four organic notrogen (peptone, fish meal, corn steep liquor and soybean powder) were used as nitrogen sources, and corn steep liquor, with which the viscosity of culture was enhanced, proved to be opdimal.
