| 摘 要： | 全省分为四个土地资源区:滨海平原盐土潮土区,鲁西北冲积平原潮土砂姜黑土区,鲁中南山丘褐土棕壤区,胶东丘陵棕壤区。当前应注意解决的土地利用问题有:①正确处理人口、粮食和土地的关系。②制訂土地利用总体规則、发挥资源优势。③黄河三角洲及海涂的开发利用。④城鎮用地规則。⑤农业生态环境保护。⑥自然保护区与旅游资源的开发。以充分发挥土地资源的生产潜力,提高土地利用的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Shandong Province can be divided into four regions of landresources: coastal plain region with Chao and salt soils, North-Westernallurial plain region with Chao and Shajiang black soils, Mid-Southernmountainous region with drab and blown soils; and Eastern hilly regionwith blown soils. The problems of land utilization to be solved are (1) Correctlyhandling the relations among population, food and land; (2) Makingan overall plan for land utilization; (3) Developing and utilizing theDelta of the Yellow River and seabeach; (4) Planing urban landutilization; (5) Protecting agroecological environment; (6) Exploringnatural protection regions and tour resources. The aim is to bring theproductive potentiality of land resources into full play and to get betterresults ccologically, cconomically and socially. |
