| 摘 要： | 对433头泌乳奶牛隐性乳房炎发病规律进行了调查研究。发现该牧场奶牛隐性乳房炎发病率为29.33%,乳区阳性率为33.60%。病原菌的总检出率为91.67%,引起隐性乳房炎发生的致病菌主要为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,分别占总检出率的37.88%和16.67%。同时对发病率与乳区、年龄、胎次及日均产奶量等的关系进行了相关分析。结果表明,各乳区间发病率差异不显著;隐性乳房炎的发病率随着奶牛年龄的增加而有所上升(P<0.01);不同胎次组间发病率差异显著(P<0.05);日均产奶量20 kg以下的牛群发病率极显著高于日均产奶量20 kg以上的牛群(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | A survey was conducted to explore the morbidity rule of 433 cow cattle with subclinical mastitis in a large-scale ranch in Nanjing.The survey showed that the subclinical mastitis incidence rate of the grazing cows was 29.33% and the positive rate of the mammary areas was 33.60%.The overall detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 91.67%.The subclinical mastitis was mainly caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,respectively taking up 37.88% and 16.673%.The paper elaborates on the relationship ... |
