| 摘 要： | 在内蒙古不同的草原生境条件下，采用氯仿熏浸提法对土壤微生物生物量－碳（MB－C）进行了测定分析。MB－C与土壤有机质含量呈正比；过度放牧会导致土壤中MB－C的明显减少，而围栏保护和适度放牧有助于该指标的恢复；蘑茹圈土壤的MB－C与其发育过程有密切关系。

| Abstract: | The microbial Biomass C(MB-C)in soil of different habitats of steppe were determined by an extraction method.The MB-C has postitive correlation with the amount of organic matter in the soil.Excessive grazing leads to decrease of the MBC,fencing without grazing and moderate grazing contribute to restoring of the MB-C.The MB-C in soil of the fairy ring has associated with the process of the ring's developing. |
