NAA,ABA对小麦种子根、芽生长的影响

摘    要:以冀麦24为材料,在水分正常及渗透胁迫条件下(10%PEG),研究了NAA,ABA对根、芽生长的影响,结果表明,水分正常及渗透胁迫条件下,适当浓度NAA对根、芽生长均表现出促进作用;渗透胁迫使根、芽对NAA的敏感性增强,水分正常情况下,ABA对根(>0.01mol·mL ̄-1)和芽(>0.1mol·mL ̄-1)生长表现抑制作用,且随浓度增加抑制作用增强;渗透胁迫条件下,ABA对根(0.01~0.1mol·mL ̄-1)和芽(0.01~1mol·mL ̄-1)生长则表现促进作用。

Abstract:The effect of NAA and ABA on the growth of roots and buds in wheats (Ji mai No 24) under water well as well as osmotic stress conditions induced by 10% PEG was studied. The results were listed as follows. The suitable concentration of NAA promoted the growth of roots and buds under water-well as well as osmotic stress conditions. The sensitivity of roots and buds to NAA was increased under osmotic stress. More than o.01mol. mL-1 ABA inhibited the root growth and more than 0. 1mol. mL-1 ABA inhibited the bud growth under water-well conditions,the inhibiting effect increased with the ABA concentrition, but 0. 01  ̄0. 1mol. mL-1 ABA promoted root growth and 0. 01  ̄ 1mol.mL-1 ABA promoted the bud growth.
