载体、灭菌方式及pH对生物肥料产品活菌数及保存期的影响

摘    要:以草炭为载体经灭菌处理后,能有效提高生物肥料活菌数及产品保存期,比对照产品的保存期能提高6-12个月以上。且辐射灭菌优于高压蒸汽灭菌。调整载体的pH近中性。能提高固氮菌、磷细菌、钾细菌的存活数上百倍。草炭、褐煤、禽粪等都是良好的载体,而糠醛渣不可选。

Abstract:Under the condition of disinfection with peat, the quantity of living cells would rise and the preservative time extended more than 6-12 months than contrast. The disinfection under radiation was better than under pressure steam. When the pH of absorbent was about middle, the living cell quantity of azote bacteria and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and potash-solubilizing bacteria increased several hundred times. Peat and brown coal and manure were some good absorbents, but furfural residue was unfit.
