核糖核酸干扰技术研究进展

摘    要:核糖核酸干扰技术(RNAi)是遗传工程领域近几年来取得的重大技术进展之一,其理论体系及技术规范已基本形成.RNAi是一种高效、特异性强的基因阻断技术,被誉为将在功能基因组学及遗传工程领域掀起一场真正的革命.介绍了RNAi的发现、发展历程,阐述了RNAi的作用机理及技术特点,探讨了小分子干扰RNA导入细胞的技术策略以及对RNAi进行深入研究的重大意义.
