摘    要:RNA干涉(RNA interference,RNAi)作为研究基因治疗、基因功能、生物品种改良等方面的一种有效方法已经被研究者广泛接受。作为基因抑制的一种有力工具,与其他的方法相比,RNAi的操作过程更简单,成功率更高。通过RNAi可以实现对特定的mRNA的选择性降解,进而抑制其翻译过程。对RNAi技术的应用及发展前景进行了探讨。

Abstract:As an effective method to study gene therapy,gene function and biological varieties improvement,RNAi has been widely accepted by researchers around the world.Compared with other methods to effectively interfere in gene,the operation procedure of RNAi is easier and wins higher rate of success.By RNAi,one can realize the selective degradation of specific mRNA and interfere in its translation process.In this paper discusses about the application of RNAi and its development prospect were discussed.
