摘    要:为了解老芒麦种质材料萌发期的抗旱性,选取10份来自不同地区的老芒麦种质材料在0%、5%、10%、15%和20%的PEG胁迫下,对发芽率、相对发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力、幼苗长度进行综合测定评价。10份材料抗旱性可分为3类:相对抗旱老芒麦,分别来自新疆伊犁昭苏阿合牙子(E01);中等抗旱材料,新疆(E03)、新疆乌鲁木齐(E04)、山西台怀镇清水沟(E08)、青海同德(E09)和青海刚察(E10);北京百花山(E02)、甘肃碌曲玛艾(E05)、青海刚察(E06)和北京雾灵山(E07)的抗旱相对易感。老芒麦作为优良的牧草,研究其在PEG胁迫下时的萌发特性的变化,对其优良品种的选育具有重要意义。
