太原花猪生长发育规律的研究 Ⅱ、胴体与内脏部分

摘    要:将中等营养水平下饲养的44头太原花猪分别在体重2、10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100千克阶段进行了屠宰,对其胴体、内脏器官的生长发育研究结果如下: 1 最佳屠宰体重是80—90千克,瘦肉率高达52.5%,脂肪率低于33.5%; 2 随着体重的增加,瘦肉生长是平稳的,而脂肪的生长则越来越强烈; 3 通过进一步选育及对后期生长控制能量研究,太原花猪可为市场提供瘦肉较多的商品猪肉; 4 脾脏在体重为80千克阶段出现奇特的生长高峰,是否为太原花猪的内脏生长的必然规律?有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Fourty—four spotted Taiyuan pigs with middle nutritional level of feeding were slaughtered at the weights of 2, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80,, 90, 100kg, reapectively. The reaults are as follows; 1. The best slaughter weight for the breed was between 80—90kg, at which more lean meat (52. 5%) and less fat (33. 5%) were obtained. 2. The lean meat growth was relatively stable during the whole experimental period, while the fat deposit was abviously increaesd as the body became heavier. 3. It is hopeful to increase the lean meat percentage of the carcass by 52. 5% by controlling the energy intake at later stage of growth. 4. Spleen grew fast as the body weigt was about 80 kg. But the reason needs to be further studied.
