摘    要:通过盆栽试验,探讨了孔雀草(Tagetes patula L.)在不同浓度镉(0、100、300、500 mg/kg)胁迫及不同时间(50 d、70 d)可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量的变化规律,并分析了三者之间的关系。结果表明:在第50 d时,随镉胁迫浓度增加,可溶性蛋白含量逐渐升高,在500 mg/kg镉处理下,可溶性蛋白含量达到最大,为6.736 mg/g;可溶性糖含量呈先降低后升高再降低的趋势,脯氨酸含量先降低后升高;随时间延长,在第70 d时,可溶性蛋白含量呈先降低后升高再降低的趋势,可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,脯氨酸含量呈先降低后升高再降低的趋势。镉胁迫下脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的升高为镉耐性相关蛋白的合成提供物质基础,增强了孔雀草耐受重金属的能力。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of cadmium(0,100,300,500mg/kg) on the soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline content in Tagetes patula and their relationship in different time(50 days and 70 days) were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that the soluble protein content increased with the increase of the concentration of cadmium stress on the 50th day.The soluble protein content reached the maximum,6.7mg/g,treating by 500mg/kg Cd.The soluble sugar content decreased first and then increased,following by a drop.Proline content decreased first and then increased.The content of soluble protein decreased first and then decreased more at the 70th day,and the content of soluble sugar increased first and then decreased.The content of soluble protein increased first and then decreased.Proline content decreased first and then increased and then followed by a drop.The increase of proline and soluble sugar content under cadmium stress provides the material basis for the synthesis of cadmium tolerance related proteins,thus enhances the ability of malachite to tolerate heavy metals.
