摘    要:为分析银杏不同部位黄酮、内酯和银杏酸含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,研究其分布规律。结果表明:雌树不同部位中,叶的黄酮和内酯含量高于其他部位,外种皮中银杏酸含量高于其他部位;雄树不同部位中,叶的黄酮和内酯含量高于树枝,树枝的银杏酸含量高于叶。综上所述,雌雄银杏的不同部位黄酮、内酯和银杏酸的含量有一定的差异,应对其不同部位进行合理利用从而加快银杏产业进一步发展。

Abstract:In order to analyse the content of flavonoids, terpene lactones and ginkgo acids in different parts of Ginkgo biloba, the content of these components were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).For female, the content of flavonoids and terpene lactones was higher in leaves than in other parts;and the content of ginkgo acid was higher in episperm than in other parts.For male, the content of flavonoids and terpene lactones was higher in leaves than in branches;and the content of ginkgo acid was higher in branches than in leaves.It is clear that different parts of female and those of male have different contents of flavonoids, terpene lactones and ginkgo acid.Therefore, different parts of Ginkgo biloba should be used rationally in order to accelerate the development of ginkgo industry.
