| 摘 要： | 通过对遂宁市社会主义新农村建设示范村玉丰小流域鸡头寺村新农村水利水保建设情况调研,探索水利水保工程在新农村建设中所发挥的6方面作用及其存在的4个问题,得出了5点启示,提出了4条对策措施.
