面向公共数字文化服务的数字图书馆的公益性研究

以国内公共数字文化服务体系建设为背景,从全媒体时代的应用需求特征出发,通过整理国内外数字图书馆发展路经,探究数字图书馆公益性服务的依据,最后提出确立数字图书馆公益性服务的法律地位,构建公共数字文化协同共享平台,从“对象-需求”视角推定数字图书馆公益性服务的策略。

Study on the Public Welfare of Digital Library for the Services of Public Digital Culture

This thesis is based on development of public cultural services and applying requirement of the all media era, by the line of digital library development at home and abroad, to research the public welfare of digital Library. In the end of the paper, we put forward to establish the law position of the public welfare of digital library, construct platform of collaborative sharing, study on digital library strategy by view of "target--demand".
