| 摘 要： | 分析了完善面向农民工的图书馆公共文化服务体系的重要性,指出图书馆在服务的法规制度、服务设施、服务手段、服务内容等方面存在的突出问题。在此基础上,提出强化“解决资源缺乏者”的图书馆服务理念,健全图书馆服务农民工的法规制度,完善面向农民工的图书馆服务网络,创新面向农民工的图书馆服务内容和手段等。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the necessity of perfecting the public culture service system of library for migrant workers, and points out the problems of library on law and system, service organization, service method and extent. On this basis it puts forward the solutions of improving the public culture service system for migrant workers. |
