三峡水电站过机泥沙粒径对水轮机叶片空化空蚀的影响

摘    要:由于紊流中布满的涡体,利用涡成因说分析涡体对脉动、空化的影响和脉动与空蚀的关系。从涡与泥沙粒径的影响关系和空化及空蚀的两种机械破坏模式、空蚀和磨损的形态特征等方面入手,分析空蚀破坏机理,探讨了泥沙粒径对空化空蚀的影响。结合三峡水电站水轮机的磨蚀情况,得出不同颗粒粒径的磨蚀破坏机理之间的差异。此外,对于三峡水电站,空泡在水轮机含沙水流中溃灭时,空蚀与磨损具有存在性与普遍性,且耦合共同作用导致叶片破坏。

Abstract:Due to the eddy is full of the turbulence body, using the cause theory of the eddy analyses the eddy take effect on the pulsation and the cavitation, and the relationship between the pulsation and cavitation erosion. From the relationship between the eddy, the sediment particle size and the two cavitation erosion mechanical failure model and the destroy conformation of cavitation erosion and abrasion, analyzing the cavitation erosion failure and discuss the relationshiop between the sediment particle size and the cavitation and cavitation erosion. Combining with the turbine erosion of the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant(TGHP), getting the different sediment particle size has the different mechanisms of the erosion damage. What is more, when the bubble collapses in the sediment flow for CTGP, cavitation erosion and abrasion is existence and university, and they coupled together result in the leaf damage.
