| 摘 要： | 概述了水资源配置的内涵及意义，在总结国内外水资源配置的基础上，指出其研究热点和主要研究方向。同时根据国家21世纪的治水方针，并综合考虑我国水资源开发利用与管理中出现的新情况与新问题，以及国际气候环境变化和水资源管理技术的发展，展望了我国水资源配置的发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper outlined the connotation and the significance of water resources allocation, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign water resources allocation, pointed out the research focus and the main research direction. Meanwhile according to the national policy of water resources allocation in 21st century, overall considering water resources development and utilization in china which the new question and manages appears, as well as the development of international climatic environment changing and water resources managerial technique, prospected the direction of water resources allocation. |
