摘    要:牛栏江流域内水利工程众多,人类活动频繁,致使干流上各水文站的实测洪水资料缺乏一致性。由于不具备采用水量平衡法、上下游站洪水相关法和暴雨径流等常用方法的条件,因此亟需从另一个角度来寻求解决该问题的办法。就试图通过综合考虑上游水库群对洪水的削减作用,对水文站实测洪水资料计算的结果进行修正,使最终成果接近天然状况,更合理可靠。

Computation Countermeasure on Flood of Niulan River Affected by Human Activities
Abstract:So many of hydraulic projects and so frequently of human activities in this river basin result in lacking of consistency on actual measured flood data from hydrometric stations in main stream. Due to not having the conditions to using the water balance, the upper-lower related flood, storm flow, and other common methods, we need find a solution to this question from another perspective. This paper would try to take the consumption effect from upper reservoirs into consideration, revising the computation results of actual measured flood data from hydrometric stations, and finally, making a reasonable and reliable achievement.
