大掺量矿渣混凝土的钢筋握裹力的研究

摘    要:研究了大掺量矿渣混凝土的钢筋握裹力与掺合料掺量、养护制度及抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明,当养护时间相同时,掺入矿渣粉的混凝土试件的钢筋握裹强度均比不掺的低,且随掺量增加,钢筋握裹强度降低。养护对混凝土的钢筋握裹力的增长非常重要,对矿渣粉混凝土更加重要,与养护3d的试件相比,养护28d的试件钢筋握裹强度增加18.4%~28.3%。钢筋握裹强度与混凝土抗压强度呈线性关系,随抗压强度增大而增大。

Abstract:The relationship between the admixture dosage,curing institution,and compressive strength and the bond stress of rebar of the concrete with high volume slag is studied in this paper.Results indicate that,with the increase in the slag content,the bond stress decreases at the same time.Curing institution of the concrete is very important to the increase in the bond stress of rebar,especially the slag concrete.Compared with the 3 d curing age,its 28 d bond stress increases by 18.4%~28.3%.Bond stress of rebar and compressive stregth of the concrete are in a linear relationship,it will increase with the increments of the concrete compressive strength.
