| 摘 要： | 为了解甘蔗不同耐寒亲本杂交组合耐寒差异与遗传特点,选用8个耐寒性不同的甘蔗亲本配制9个杂交组合,用F1代无性系在广西霜冻常发区资源县进行耐寒试验.试验结果表明,甘蔗不同杂交组合耐寒表现存在明显差异,耐寒表现受到母本和父本的共同影响,且母本的作用强于父本.按亲本耐寒性,强×中组合后代耐寒性较好的机率为70％～90％；强×弱组合后代耐寒性较好的机率为60％～70％；中×中或中×弱组合后代耐寒性较好机率的为30％～40％；弱×强或弱×中组合后代耐寒性较好的机率为15％～30％.进一步进行耐寒表现主效因子估计发现,在研究群体中存在主效因子,且估计的结果随组合与性状不同而异. |
