摘    要:[目的]研究鱼体中硝基苯残留的测定方法。[方法]样品经丙酮提取、水蒸气蒸馏净化、苯反萃取,采用气相色谱一质谱法测定。[结果]硝基苯的峰面积与质量浓度在5—1000ng/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数〉0.999,回收率为75%~110%,相对标准偏差为4.64%~6.13%,最低检测限为3.0μg/kg。[结论]该研究建立了鱼体中硝基苯残留的气相色谱-质谱法,方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:[Objective] A method for determining residue of nitrobenzene in fish was studied.[Method]The sample was extracted with acetone,cleaned-up with water vapour,and extracted by benzene.The mass spectrometer was operated for qualitative and quantitative analysis of nitrobenzene.[Result] The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve was over 0.999 within the nitrobenzene concentration range 5-1 000 ng/ml.The recovery rate for nitrobenzene was between 75% and 110%.The relative standard deviation was betw...
