摘    要:为了实现沼液的资源化利用、提高饲草产量和营养价值,本研究设6个处理组:对照处理组(T0)、无机肥处理组(T1)、体积分数25%沼液处理组(T2)、体积分数50%沼液处理组(T3)、体积分数75%沼液处理组(T4)、体积分数100%沼液处理组(T5),探明不同比例沼液施用量对苜蓿生长发育、品质以及土壤肥力的影响。结果发现:在苜蓿生长发育方面,T3显著提高第二茬苜蓿的株高及干物质产量(P<0.05);在苜蓿品质方面,T0,T1的粗蛋白较T3,T5显著提高(P<0.05),T0的粗脂肪较T3显著提高(P<0.05),T3的酸性洗涤纤维较T0,T1,T2,T4显著提高(P<0.05),T0的中性洗涤纤维较T2显著提高(P<0.05),T2的相对饲喂价值较T0,T3,T4,T5显著提高(P<0.05);在土壤肥力方面,T5的土壤pH值较T1显著降低(P<0.05),而总氮较T0,T1,T2显著提高(P<0.05);T3的土壤速效钾较T0,T2显著提高(P<0.05)。结果表明,灌溉25%~50%的沼液可以提高苜蓿的产量和营养价值,并可以实现粪污资源化利用和种养结合绿色发展的目的。

Abstract:In order to realize the resource utilization of biogas slurry and improve the forage yield and nutritional value,six treatments in this study were used to find out the effects of different application rates of biogas slurry on the growth,development,quality of alfalfa and soil fertility,including control treatment (T0),inorganic fertilizer treatment (T1),volume fraction of 25% biogas slurry treatment (T2),50% biogas slurry treatment (T3),75% biogas slurry treatment (T4),and 100% biogas slurry treatment (T5). The results showed that the T3 significantly increased the plant height and dry matter yield of the second-cutting alfalfa (P<0.05). Crude protein (CP) of alfalfa in the T0 and T1 was significantly higher than that in the T3 and T5 (P<0.05). Crude fat (EE) in the T0 was significantly higher than that in the T3 (P<0.05). The acid detergent fiber (ADF) in the T3 was significantly higher than that in the T0,T1,T2,and T4 (P<0.05). The neutral detergent fiber (NDF) in T0 was significantly higher than that in T2 (P<0.05). The relative feeding value (RFV) in the T2 was significantly higher than that in the T0,T3,T4,and T5 (P<0.05). In terms of soil fertility,Soil pH in the T5 was significantly lower than that in the T1 (P<0.05),while the total nitrogen was significantly higher than that in the T0,T1,and T2 (P<0.05). The soil available potassium in the T3 was significantly higher than that in the T0 and T2 (P<0.05). The results showed that irrigating 25%~50% of biogas slurry could increase the yield and nutritional value of alfalfa,and achieve the purpose of fecal waste resources utilization and the combination of cultivation and green development.
