热胁迫下甘蓝细胞膜叶绿体线粒体超微结构研究

摘    要:研究了热胁迫下,不同抗热性甘蓝叶片细胞的细胞膜、叶绿体及线粒体结构。结果表明,抗热性材料在细胞膜及叶绿体结构上较热敏材料更完整,可作为抗热性鉴定标准之一;材料间在线粒体结构上则未发现有明显差异。

Abstract:Ultrastructural changes in plasmalemma, chloroplast and mitochondria in response to heat stress in one thermo-resistant cultivar and one thermo-sensitive cultivar of cabbage ( Brassica oleracea var. capitata) were investigated. No significant difference was observed between the thermo-resistant and the thermo-sensitive cultivars in the structure of their mitochondria, which appeared quite resistant to heat stress. The structure of plasmalemma and chloroplast of the thermo-resistant cultivar appeared markedly more stable than that of the thermo-sensitive cultivar and remained almost intact under heat stress, and it is therefore recommended as an indicator in heat-resistance identification of cabbage genotypes.
