寒流对椰心叶甲及其寄生蜂的影响

摘    要:经实地调查和室内解剖观察,分析研究了2008年1月下旬至2月上旬寒流对海南、广东椰心叶甲及其寄生蜂的影响。研究结果表明:椰心叶甲成虫在海南冻死率为0,在广东冻死率为68.25%~98.00%;在海南随纬度升高椰心叶甲啮小蜂寄生率AK39.88%下降为12.16%,椰甲截脉姬小蜂随纬度升高寄生率从4.61%提高到18.42%;在广东仅徐闻、雷州有两种寄生蜂分布,其中椰甲截脉姬小蜂的寄生率为2.50%和5O%,椰心叶甲啮小蜂的寄生率为34.37%和50%;椰心叶甲啮小蜂和椰甲截脉姬小蜂在寄主体内的存活率随纬度升高而下降,分别从89.50%下降到76.11%和46.90%下降到11.23%。

Abstract:The effect of cold snap on Brontispa longissima and its parasitoids in Hainan and Guangdong was researched by field survey and indoor dissection in January and February of 2008.The research showed that the rate of winterkilling of B. longissima adults in Hainan was 0 and in Guangdong it' s 68.25% ~ 98.00%.The parasitic rate of Tetrastichus brontispae in Hainan decreased from 39.88% to 12.16% with the ascending of latitude and Asecodes hispinarum' s parasitic rate increased from 4.61% to 18.42% with the ascending of latitude.In Guangdong two kinds of parasites distributed only in Xuwen and Leizhou city. The parasitic rate of A. hispinarum was 2.50% and 50% separately and B. longissima's parasitic rate was 34.37% and 50% separately in Xuwen and Leizhou.The livability of T. brontispae and A. hispinarum inside the host' s body descended with the ascending of latitude. T. brontispae' s livability decreased from 89.50 to 76.11% and Aseeodes hispinarum' s decreased from 46.90% to 11.23%.
