| Abstract: | The connotation of discipline construction and its function in scientific research work were expounded.The guiding thought and five basic principles of the discipline construction in agricultural scientific and research institutions were discussed.Finally some corresponding countermeasures in the agricultural scientific and research institutions were put forward from 5 aspects of cognition,programming,project management,investment and management mechanism. |
