摘    要:采用数值模拟和试验的方法,从压边圈的类型及其压边力的大小和分布,焊缝的位置和方向,应力应变的分布等角度,分析简单的横向和纵向焊缝U形件及盒形件拼焊板焊缝移动原因和移动趋向.研究认为横向焊缝移动是由于厚薄两侧的负载能力和负载的差异引起的;纵向焊缝移动是由于侧壁的主应变的差异引起的;盒形件的底部焊缝具有U形件的横向焊缝移动特征,盒形件的裙边和侧壁上的焊缝移动的原因不同于U形件的纵向焊缝,且移动方向也与后者不尽相同.

Abstract:The weld line movement makes the maximum engineering strain occur at the weld line zone close to the thin part in tailor welded blanks(TWB) and leads to the tearing failure.The weld line movement is one of the important factors in forming of TWBs.The reasons for the lateral and longitudinal weld line movement and the tendencies of the weld line movement were investigated by using simulation and testing according to the types of binders,the amount of BHFs,the BHF distribution,the positions and directions of the weld line movement,and the stress and strain distribution for U parts with transverse welding line or with longitudinal welding line and square box.To U part with transverse welding line,the welding line movement resulted from the different loadability between thick and thin side.To U part with longitudinal welding line,the disparity of the principal strain in the side wall resulted in welding line movement.To TWBs square box,the welding line in the bottom of the box had the characteristics of the transverse welding line of the U part, and the welding line movement in the flange of the box resulted from the circumferential compression in the flange and the direction the movement was disagreed to the one of U part with the longitudinal welding line.
