摘    要:通过盆栽控盐控水的方法,对君迁子苗期的生理生化反应进行了研究,测定内容包括丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素(Ch1)含量、细胞膜透性(MP)、可溶性糖(ss)浓度、脯氨酸(Pro)含量。结果表明:在一定范围内,与对照相比随着盐分浓度和干旱胁迫的增加,丙二醛含量、可溶性糖浓度、脯氨酸含量都是升高的;叶绿素含量减小;而细胞膜透性则呈不规则的变化。相关性分析显示:可溶性糖与脯氨酸极显著正相关;叶绿素含量和脯氨酸含量存在极显著负相关。

Abstract:The potted seedlings of Diospyros lotus L. were studied for their physiological and biochemical response to cross --stress of water and salt by the method of water and salt control. The tested traits are as the followings: contents of MDA, Chl,MP,SS and Pro. The result showed that :in a certain range,The contents of MDA,SS,Pro were all increased; The contents of Chlorophyll were reduced; but changes of MD are not regular. The result of correlation analysis: the content SS and the content Pro is strong significant; the content Chlorophyll and the content Pro is negative correlation.
