P-选择素和D-二聚体测定对关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成早期诊断的意义

近年来下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)发病呈上升趋势,据估计我国下肢深静脉血栓形成及后遗症病人约为3 500万。而DVT更是关节置换术后最为严重的并发症之一,血栓形成,栓子脱落,可致肺栓塞,对术后患者造成更为严重的损伤,可使患者长期病痛,影响生活和工作。因此,在临床工作中,对DVT形成给予早期的诊断和处理具有重要意义。

In recent years,deep venous thrombosis is rising due to unhealthy poor diet,smoking,obesity,body position and activity,trauma,surgery and other factors.It is estimated that the cases of China’s deep venuos thrombosis with complications is about 35 million,while deep venous thrombosis has always been the most serious complication after the joint replacement surgeny with thrombosis formation and embolus off,resulting in pulmonary embolism,and leading to more severe injury for post-operative patients,and causing pain with long-term,affecting life and work.Therefore,the early diagnosis and treatment for deep venuos thrombosis is important in clinical.
